REALITY:
The Chinese church by all reports has a lack of trained leaders. There are many converts and not enough pastors to disciple the numbers. Therefore many are not being taught how to develop and deepen their relationship with the Lord. Many are without Bibles or are unable to connect with the ‘church’. This staff member will:

• Translating from English to Simplified Chinese so viewers in China can understand.


• Overseeing a team of volunteers to impact China with subtitled programming.
